Making a
difference
Through programs, partnerships, and unforgettable moments, we support kids impacted by a parent’s cancer—bringing comfort, connection, and strength when they need it most.

celebrating
25 years
Founded by NFL brothers Torry and Terrence Holt, the Holt Brothers Foundation has spent over 25 years supporting children whose parent or caregiver is facing cancer. Inspired by their own experience of losing their mother to the disease, the brothers created a community where kids can feel seen, supported, and strong. Through programs like KidsCAN!, memory-making events, and scholarships, HBF offers education, connection, and joy to help families navigate cancer—together.

Info
Today, Holt Brothers Foundation’s primary program, KidsCAN!, provides education, emotional support, peer empathy, and inspiration. The foundation coordinates with local hospitals to help kids understand their parents’ disease, find community with other children, and learn to cope in healthy ways. The organization also supports other organizations that share its mission. Driven by their personal experience, the Holt brothers now work to ensure that no child feels alone in navigating their parent’s cancer diagnosis.
